At MSG Entertainment, we believe in developing talent to help create the leaders of tomorrow. Our Student Associate Program offers students the exclusive opportunity to participate in hands-on experiences, while gaining valuable work experience that they can use throughout their careers.
During your time with MSG Entertainment, students are also invited to join additional learning and development programming including an executive speaker series, professional development workshops, networking opportunities, a mentorship program, and other special events. Student Associates also have the opportunity to participate in a Case Study Project that allows you to work with your fellow Associates and encourages them to bring new and exciting perspectives to the Company.
Paid Student Associate positions are offered during the academic year and in the summer and are available to exceptional undergraduate juniors, seniors, and graduate students with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.

Where are the Student Associate roles located, and is remote work an option?
Student Associate roles at MSG Entertainment are based in New York and are designed to provide an in-person, immersive experience. These positions are designated as onsite and do not offer a remote work option.

During the initial screening, you’ll be asked to share your interests and preferences based on your past experiences. The People Acquisition team will then evaluate your qualifications throughout the interview process to determine which area of the business is the best fit for you.
Is there an opportunity for full-time employment after the Student Associate position?
While full-time employment is not guaranteed upon completion of the Student Associate program, we are committed to supporting the career growth and development of our students. Many former Student Associates have gone on to pursue successful careers within our organization.
What are the requirements of the Student Associate opportunity?
To be eligible for the Student Associate Program, students must meet the following criteria:
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university working toward a degree
- Must be a rising Junior, Senior or Graduate-level student
- Provide a letter from your school verifying enrollment (upon offer).
- Student Associates must work a minimum of a 21-hour work week and a maximum 35-hour work week during the academic year. Summer Student Associates are required to work 35 hours. All positions are required to be in person.
- A GPA of 3.2 or above is required.
Is the Student Associate position a paid opportunity?
Yes, the position is paid. We’re also happy to work with students to help them receive college credit, if required by their academic program.
