Who Are We Looking For? 

The Associate Analyst Accounts Receivable is responsible for assisting the accounts payable team with all aspects of billing and collections related to MSG’s Suites operations including suite license billing, food & beverage credits, and hospitality transactions. The Associate Analyst will collaborate closely with internal partners across Sales, Finance, and Account Management. 
  

What will you do?  

  • Assist the Accounts payable team with all Suite License billing matters.  
  • Maintains customer and contact records in Oracle  
  • Liaise with stakeholders across Suites Pass and Catering operations 
  • Maintain billing data for Event Level, Lexus Level, and Infosys Level Suites 
  • Generate monthly invoices and reconcile data across systems like Archtics, Eatec, and the IG sales platform 
  • Export and transform files from Archtics/Eatec into Oracle; handle submission of signed transaction registers 
  • Produce A/R subledger aging reports for distribution 
  • Process ad hoc billing and memo requests from the Suites team 
  •  Provide audit support, including payment remits and backup documentation 
  • Maintain invoice adjustments, credit memos, and DocuSign approvals 

 

What do you need to succeed? 

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing or Collections 
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred 
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments 
  • Experience with Oracle, Archtics, Eatec, or similar systems 
  • Self-starter with the ability to complete projects from start to finish with accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Strong understanding and commitment to maintaining effective internal controls 
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and open to learning new ways of working. 
  • Ability to embrace change with a flexible mindset, even if the way forward isn’t clear. 
  • Ability to be a reliable team member, capable of effective collaboration to achieve our shared goals across teams and departments. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. 
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay Range
$70,000$80,000 USD
