Who are we hiring?

The Senior Coordinator Business Operations is responsible for assisting in the scheduling process across all of Sphere’s digital signage assets including Exosphere, IPTVs., Pylons, and other digital signage. This position will engage directly with Sphere Sales and Partnerships, Account Management, Studios Brand and Creative teams, and Venue Operations to secure the necessary content and execute the scheduling plan for digital signage assets at all Sphere digital signage locations. This highly organized, detail-driven team member will own creating and distributing the run of show, proactive and timely communication regarding any programming changes, and partnering with the Technical Operations team as needed to continue to streamline and make the process more efficient. The Senior Coordinator will also be responsible for proof of playback reporting for internal and external stakeholders. In particular, this role will be partner with Sphere Account Management to deliver proof of play to all of our third-party advertisers. 

What will you do?

  • Coordinate with Sphere Stakeholders to build run of show for Exosphere, IPTV, Pylons and other digital signage – leveraging Daktronics Venue Control Suite and VITEC Digital Signage System  
  • Specific run of shows will be unique based on time of day, and event-type in the building.  
  • Work with Venue Operations, and Technology Operations to execute programming needs. 
  • Provide Proof of Play and other Daktronics native reports for House and Advertising Content to Sphere Commercial and Brand Teams on a weekly basis.   
  • Maintain run of show / playlist documentation for creative studies, sales, partnership, and drone capturing teams to view. 
  • Help onboard and train new team members.  

What do you need to succeed?

  • BA Degree
  • 2-5 years’ experience in out-of-home, digital signage, or event presentation + production 
  • Experience in scheduling large-format digital out-of-home advertising a plus 
  • Desire to learn new software technologies and advance digital signage business.  
  • Computer Knowledge- Windows preferred, including advances and enhancements in signage technology. 
  • Basic Technical knowledge of control room equipment. 
  • Flexibility to work in a changing schedule that may include nights / weekends.   
  • Able to work in fast paced live event environment with Good Communication and collaboration skills.  
  • Basic knowledge of IPTV / OOH Content Management systems.

Pay Range
$51,000$80,000 USD
