Aviation Business Season 2024 – 2025 Student Associate Program

Who are we hiring?

As an Aviation Student Intern, you will learn from and support the Aviation department with day-to-day tasks. This role is for a pro-active individual eager to interact with different groups within the department and participate in diverse tasks such as assisting with flight Ops duties, flight attendant hangar tasks, and provide general office support.

What will you do? 

  • Entering flight log information into our system.
  • Making car rental reservations.
  • Working on special projects: gathering reports and information as needed.
  • Assisting in inventory management. 
  • Distribute mail, Flight attendant and maintenance stock room support.

Student Associate Program Overview 

We believe in developing talent and helping to create the leaders of tomorrow. One way we do this is through our Student Associate Program. This program is designed to create real, valuable opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students to learn, grow, and explore MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports, and Sphere. As a Student Associate, you will gain valuable experience that will be applicable throughout your career. While participating in the Student Associate Program, students will have the opportunity to work with our employees to get a full understanding of the business. We also provide additional learning and development opportunities through an executive speaker series, mentorship program, career development workshops, and other social events.

  • Ability to work in teams and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Willing to learn our operating system, FOS.

Special Requirements 

  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to lift more than 20 lbs.

Student Associate Requirements: 

  • Must be available to work 21-35 hours a week.  
  • Must be available from early October- end of April. 
  • Must be enrolled as a rising junior, senior, or graduate student. 
  • Must have a GPA of 3.2 or above.

Hourly Pay Range
$22.50$22.50 USD
