Director Partner Success

Who are we hiring?  

The Director, Partner Success will be responsible for managing relationships and fulfilment across the Sphere portfolio of sponsorship clients. This role will be expected to partner with their clients to help them achieve and exceed their goals and objectives for their engagements with Sphere. They are also responsible for potentially identifying new lines of business to inform upsell and renewal within existing partnerships and delivering strategic insights, guidance, and first-class service and support. The Director will work in close partnership with our Sales team, Venue Operations and Partner Solutions to ensure proper fulfilment of assets. This role will also be responsible for partnering with our insights team to compile partnership progress reports and recaps, and measure partnership performance, identify successes and opportunities or future improvement. Finally, this role will coordinate with our exosphere client service team to support elements of our fulfilment process from the Venue as needed. 

What will you do?  

  • Delivers exceptional service to our commercial partners and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled at all times 
  • Build a detailed knowledge of our partners' business and align Sphere team resources to best work with commercial partners to help drive mutually beneficial activation programs 
  • Work with partners to maximize the value of their rights, including identifying and delivering opportunities for partners to activate their Sphere association 
  • Ensure Partner Success team remains the main point of contact for partners whilst collaborating with and maximizing the expertise of our relevant internal teams such as Programming Operations, Finance, Sales, Production, Marketing, Creative Services and Partner Solutions 
  • Support Venue Operations in managing inventory in the immersive experience as well as across the entire Sphere portfolio  
  • Identify new lines of business that will deliver value to clients, partner with sales to maximize partnership opportunities 
  • Own campaign reporting process post activation and liaise with internal teams to prepare timely, efficient reports to partners 
  • Partner with Exosphere client service team to ensure white glove service is provided to clients while campaigns are live in Las Vegas – they can include coordinate capture of footage, assisting with securing shoot locations for clients etc. 

What do you need to succeed?  

  • BS/BA college degree 
  • 6+ years of Account Management, Partnership Services or Program Management function within a sports, entertainment or media company that services top brands 
  • Previous tech/television/live events/media company/agency experience preferred 
  • Self-starter, knowledge hungry, and able to work well with employees at all levels in the organization 
  • Comfortable in both internal and client-facing meetings, calls, and presentations 
  • Strong written, oral, analytical communication skills with attention to detail and focus on accuracy 
  • Strong project management with ability to keep projects on schedule and meet multiple deadlines 
  • Ability to establish effective interdepartmental relations 
  • Ability to establish relationships with business partners including sponsors, vendors and media partners 
  • Strong leadership experience and good team player to support the needs of entire team

Pay Range
$139,000$185,000 USD
