Who are we hiring?
The Temp Coordinator, People Acquisition will assist in leading the support function for People Acquisition corporate hires across the MSG Family of Companies. The People Acquisition Temp Coordinator is a vital team member responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process. They manage the candidate experience, scheduling interviews, and handle required pre-hire hiring process, to ensure successful recruitment.
What will you do?
• Execute key processes such as creating jobs, requesting approvals, interview coordination, candidate management, and maintaining recruitment process knowledge.
• Correspond with candidates and potential applicants by answering incoming calls / emails and serving as a resource of information throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Interfaces with internal resources and outside vendors regarding pre-employment requirements, including background checks, onboarding and New Hire orientations.
• Escort candidates for onsite interviews.
• Administer support to recruiters, hiring managers and candidates in a prompt manner and with strict attention to detail.
• Assist with administrative process in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
• Maintain data integrity in ATS by ensuring all necessary information / documents are uploaded and accessible.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
• Ad-hoc project work.
What do you need to succeed?
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years related HR or Recruitment Experience
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with strict attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in HR or Recruitment, with knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems required
• In office expectations 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
